Shipping Policy

Prospera Home offers complimentary standard shipping to selected delivery addresses within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that some addresses in remote areas or locations with limited access may incur additional shipping charges. If you believe your address may fall into one of these categories, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 weeks from the date the order is placed.

For made-to-order products, estimated delivery time is approximately 14–16 weeks.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

White Glove Delivery Service

Our White Glove delivery service is designed to provide a seamless experience and includes:

  • Delivery by trained professionals
  • Placement in the room of your choice
  • Unpacking and light assembly
  • Removal of packaging materials upon request

Once your order arrives at the local delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery.

Small Item Deliveries

For single-item orders of smaller pieces, such as ottomans, White Glove delivery service may not be available.

These items will be delivered to your front door or building entrance. We strive to ensure all deliveries are handled with care and efficiency.

Delivery Inspection Requirements

Upon delivery, please:

  • Confirm the number of cartons matches the delivery documentation
  • Inspect all packaging for visible damage
  • Note any damage clearly at the time of delivery before signing

Failure to document visible damage at delivery may result in the issue being considered post-delivery.

Missed Delivery Appointments

If a scheduled delivery is missed and the carrier must return, additional delivery fees may apply.

Repeated missed appointments may result in:

  • Redelivery fees
  • Storage fees
  • Return shipping charges

Applicable fees may be deducted from any eligible refund if delivery cannot be completed.

Additional Delivery Conditions

Certain delivery environments may require additional services, including:

  • Stairs or multiple levels
  • Limited or no elevator access
  • Long carrying distances
  • Narrow hallways or restricted entry points

If additional services are required, you will be notified prior to delivery completion. Applicable service fees must be paid before delivery can proceed.

Delivery teams may refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

Storage & Delivery Holds

If delivery is delayed after your order reaches the local terminal, storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment may be returned, and applicable charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Remote or Limited Access Locations

Certain rural or high-density urban areas may require additional shipping or service fees.
