Leather Care Guide

Caring for Your Leather
Environment Matters
Leather is a natural material that becomes more beautiful with time. With simple, consistent care, it will maintain its comfort, texture, and appearance for years to come.
To preserve the quality of your leather, place furniture away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and air conditioning vents.
Maintaining a stable indoor temperature and humidity level helps prevent drying, fading, or cracking over time.

Natural Characteristics
Each piece of leather is unique. Variations in color, grain, and texture are natural and contribute to its character.
Subtle markings such as wrinkles, healed scars, or tonal differences are not imperfections — they are part of genuine leather’s authenticity.
Everyday Care
- Gently dust or wipe with a clean, dry cloth on a regular basis
- Use a soft brush attachment when vacuuming
- Address spills promptly by blotting with a clean cloth
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
Protecting Your Leather
- Limit prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- Avoid contact with sharp objects or pet claws
- Keep away from household chemicals and dyes (such as denim transfer)
- Do not use steam cleaning
Handling & Use
- Rotate seating areas to promote even wear
- Smooth and reshape cushions as needed
- Lift furniture when moving — do not drag or push
- Avoid sitting on arms or backrests

For Stains
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For light cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild, neutral soap. Gently clean from the outer edge toward the center, then wipe with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
